At Reflective Waters Counseling, my online therapy sessions are designed to provide a safe, supportive space for growth, healing, and clarity. Sessions are typically scheduled weekly or every other week, depending on your needs and goals.

Individual Therapy

Provides a safe, confidential space to process and explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Sessions focus on personal growth, coping strategies, and building resilience.

• 60-minute session: $150 per session

  Family Therapy

Supports families in improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships. Together, we create strategies to foster understanding and connection.

• 60-minute session: $200 per session

  Trauma Therapy

Trauma therapy is designed to help you safely process challenging experiences and emotions in a supportive, non-judgmental space. Sessions are typically scheduled weekly or every other week, depending on your needs and goals.

The length of each TIR session depends on your needs and the technique used, so sessions may last longer than 60 minutes.

• 60+ minute session: $150 per session

  Payment & Insurance

• I accept private pay and select insurance plans.

• Payment is collected at the time of the session via secure online processing.

• If your insurance is not listed, you can submit an inquiry — I’m happy to help you explore coverage options.

Scheduling & Policies

• Sessions are available online at your convenience.

• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
